Update your Email Address

Update your Ascender account email address, so that you can log in using the credentials that work best for you. If you’re on a Connect, Pro, and Teams plan, you can update your email address yourself. If you’re on a Plus plan, then your Ascender account must be tied to a company email address and can only be changed by an FM administrator. This article covers processes for both scenarios.

Request an Email Address Update

✔️

Applies to: Plus plans

Learn More: Ascender® Plans & Permissions

Contact your company’s sales enablement team to request an update to your email address in Ascender. They will need to submit an email change request ticket to techsupport@forcemanagement.com on your behalf (or submit the ticket yourself and we’ll reach out to your admin for approval).

If your company uses SSO for Ascender, then your company’s IT team will need to update your email in the IdP as well so that they match.

Plus users must use a company email address in Ascender, not a personal one.
