Change or reset your password as needed so that you can continue accessing the Ascender platform. This article applies for users that do not use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Ascender. If you’re a member of a Plus company that does use SSO for Ascender, then you do not have an Ascender password. If you need to change your SSO password, follow your company’s guidance or reach out to your company’s IT for assistance since that is managed outside of Ascender.
