What’s Included in My Team

The My Team tab can be found on the Team Management page. (Team Management can be found in the dropdown that appears when clicking on the image-20250916-135542.png Profile and Account Settings icon.) The My Team tab includes:

Ascender Usage Overview

The top of the tab includes details about your Ascender subscription usage, including:

  • Waiting — Shows the number of users that have been invited but haven’t logged in yet.

  • Active — Shows the number of users that have been invited and have activated their account.

  • Total Users — Shows the number of Ascender Access seats currently occupied (Waiting + Active users) against the number of Ascender Access seats purchased.

Table View & Hierarchy View

If you’re a manager you’ll only see users that report up to you.

You’ll land on the Table view when you first navigate to My Team. This view shows users and their information arranged in a table format that can be grouped, sorted, filtered, and rearranged. You can save your custom configurations as a view or export it to a spreadsheet if needed.

Export User List

Select the View as Hierarchy icon to switch to a Hierarchy view if you’d like to see users arranged in a hierarchy by their manager.
