Send a Reminder Email for Assignments

Send a reminder email for General Assignments, so that the incomplete learners will get prompted to complete the assignment.

Instructions

If you set a reminder date when you assigned the content, the assignees will automatically be sent a reminder on that date.

These instructions are for if you want to send an additional reminder email to users who have not yet completed it or to send a reminder email to assignees without a reminder date.

Send a Reminder Email for a General Assignment

  1. Select the assignment you want to send a reminder email for.

  2. Select the Assignees tab

  3. Select the Send Reminder Email button

    1. You will receive a pop up to confirm that you would like to send this reminder. This will send a reminder email to all assignees, except for those that have already completed all content in that assignment.
