Opportunity Manager Installation & Administration Guide

This document provides instructions for installing and configuring the Opportunity Manager app in http://Salesforce.com . The application allows users to access the Opportunity Manager within http://Salesforce.com .

Force Management supports two methodologies in this app: Command of the Message and MEDDPICC. Your version of the Opportunity Manager may include only one of the methodologies listed above. This is dependent on your engagement with Force Management.


Initial Installation & Setup

Installing the Opportunity Manager Application & License Key

NOTE: In order to begin the installation process, the installing user must have a System Administrator http://Salesforce.com profile.

App Administration

After the initial installation, license access, and Single Sign-On setup, a http://Salesforce.com system administrator can customize and configure portions of the Opportunity Manager.

Using the Opportunity Manager Configuration Tab

Once you’ve opened the app, you will automatically have access to the Opportunity Manager Configuration tab. This tab should be the left-most tab available by default.

The Opportunity Manager Configuration tab enables administrators to manage app features, user license assignments, and documents/links available to users.
