What is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third‑party service provider that Ascender Plus uses to help deliver our services and may process customer data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, or customer support tools).
When and Why Subprocessors Are Used
Ascender Plus uses subprocessors only when necessary to support core product functionality, security, reliability, and customer support. All subprocessors are reviewed for security, privacy, and compliance before engagement.
The Full Subprocessor List is kept current and updated when subprocessors are added, removed, or changed. Material changes are communicated to customers in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
