My Ascender (Your Homepage)

My Ascender provides a clear, organized view of everything you’re responsible for—so you can take action quickly, confidently, and without clicking through multiple pages.

What’s Included in My Ascender

My Ascender is your homepage and the first item on the top navigation bar. My Ascender includes:

Center Section

Enrolled Course Counts

The top of the center section shows your enrollment counts by categories. Categories you might see include:

• Overdue — Number of incomplete assignments that are up to 7 days past the due date.

• Due Soon — Number of incomplete assignments that are due within 7 days.

• Due Later — Number of incomplete assignments that are due more than 7 days out, or don’t have a due date.

• Total Assignments — Total number of incomplete assignments. Click on this to open the Assignments page and see all assignments.

• Self Enrollments — Total number of courses you’ve enrolled in yourself. Click on this to open the Self Enrollments page and see all self enrollments.

Priority Tasks

Below the counts, you'll see a priority list of the top 5 pieces of content that you should complete next, along with details such as the due date (if applicable). Click on the Start or Continue button to launch the content.

This Priority Tasks list is made up of courses you’ve been assigned or have self-enrolled in, prioritized as follows:

1. Overdue

2. Due Soon (within 7 days)

3. Due Later (more than 7 days)

4. Self Enrolled

This section is to accelerate your learning by providing you quick access to your personal coach: Ascender AI or one-click access to new content.

Left-Side Section

Assignments

If you’re looking for content that you’ve been assigned by your manager or enablement team and haven’t completed yet, you’ll find it on the Assignments page. The content on this page is sorted first by content type (certifications, standalone courses, then learning paths) and then by due date. The Assignments page is divided into two sub-tabs:

• Current - This lists the assigned content that you should be focused on completing, based on the listed due dates.

• Past Due - If you don’t complete your assigned content, it will move from the Current to the Past Due tab after 7 days overdue.

Once complete, the content will drop off of Assignments and move to the Completions page.

Self Enrollments

If you’ve enrolled yourself in content and haven’t completed it yet, you’ll find it on the Self Enrollments page, with your most recently progressed content at the top. Search by Content Name or filter by Content Type to easily find what you’re looking for. Click the Continue button to launch the content so you can complete it.

Once complete, the content will drop off of Self Enrollments and move to the Completions page.

Completions

All courses, certifications, and learning paths you’ve completed (whether assigned or self-enrolled) are listed on the Completions page. At the top of the page you’ll see any certificates you’ve earned, so that you can download, view, or add your certification to LinkedIn.

Below that is where you can view all content that you have completed, with your most recent completions at the top. Search by Content Name or filter by Content Type to easily find what you’re looking for.
