Save a Report View

Save a report view that you frequently use so that you don’t have to recreate it each time.

Instructions

Save a New View

  1. Filter, group, and sort your report as you like.

  2. Select Save New.

    1. Select Access type:

      1. Private means only you can see and use the view.

      2. Company means anyone at your company can use the view - only admins can create company views.

    2. Add a Name. Must be a unique name for each view.

    3. Add a Description. Use this to provide additional details about the view, especially helpful for those shared company-wide.

    4. Select Save.

The new view will now be available in the View dropdown for that report type.


Additional Information

  • Deleting Views: You will be able to delete your private views. If you have company-wide manage reporting permissions, you’ll also be able to delete any company-wide views.

  • Updating Views: In order to update a view: open it, make the necessary changes, and then select Save New to save a new version of it. Then return to the initial view and delete it.
