Outlines the scheduling process for Opportunity Manager Implementation Calls.
What is an Implementation Call?
A 1-hour long, Force Management led virtual call to train client SFDC Admins (or IT, SalesOps, Tech Role) on the technical setup steps required to complete Opportunity Manager's installation and customization.
Who should be on the call?
From Force Management:
-
Halee Barlow (call lead)
-
CS Consultant or Core Consultant
From the Client:
-
Person or people who will be installing OM
-
Person or people responsible for the upkeep of OM (usually the same as above)
Others internally and from the client are welcome to join — the above is only who is required.
When should the call take place?
Begin scheduling immediately following signature. The call should take place at least 1 month before the client's scheduled training.
How does the call get scheduled?
If the SOW has been signed/fully executed:
-
CS Consultant completes the Slack workflow "Request OM Implementation" in the #request-technologies channel (if no CS Consultant, the Core Consultant completes it).
-
Halee Barlow responds with her availability.
-
CS Consultant (or Core Consultant) sends and owns the call invite.
If the SOW has not been signed/fully executed:
-
Reach out to Kristen Semeniuk for approval on scheduling an Implementation Call pre-signature. Exceptions may be made for clients who are very likely to sign and have a short timeline. Once approved, follow the steps above.
