Editing the Sandbox Page Layouts

Follow these steps to delete or add either CoM or MEDDPICC to/from the sandbox page layout.

Why would I edit a page layout?

Several people share the OM sandbox and use it to demo the application on customer calls. In preparation for those calls, a user edits the page to show only the methodology the customer has purchased or is considering. You may edit the layout ahead of a call or fix it afterward.

How do I edit the page layout?

You must be a System Admin to edit the page layout.

1. Login to the sandbox environment

2. Navigate to any Opportunity

3. Click the gear icon in the top right and click "Edit Page"

To delete a methodology from the page layout:

1. Hover over the components you'd like to remove and click the trash icon in the top-right corner

2. Click "Save" in the top-right corner of the page

To add a methodology to the page layout:

1. Look at the left-side component menu and scroll to the section called "Custom - Managed"

2. Look for the components you'd like to add: Opportunity Value Card, MEDDPICC Qualifier, Guided Assessment Score

3. Drag & drop the components from the menu directly onto the page layout in your desired location

4. When adding the Guided Assessment Score component, it defaults to MEDDPICC. To change it to CoM:

   1. Add the Guided Assessment Score component to the page layout

   2. Click anywhere on the assessment to bring up the edit menu on the right

   3. Click the "Methodology" drop-down and select CoM

5. Click "Save" in the top-right corner of the page
