This report contains a list of all active Opportunity Manager license keys & related data. Access the report here.

When Would I Use This Report?

Monitor after a client implementation call to see if/when the client activates their license key and assigns licenses (client go-live)
Monitor after sending a client a new license key to see if/when it's been activated
Use as an indicator for when you're able to deactivate older license keys

Reading the Report

Field	Definition
Account Name	The name of the client organization who purchased OM
App License Name	Unique name of license key. Clickable link to view key details
Type	Will always say "paid"
Created Date	Date the license key was created
Expiration Date	Date the license key will expire
Status	Will always say "active"
Account Owner	Name of the FM Seller who sold to the client
Last Verified	Last time anyone from client org used OM
Installed Version	Which version of OM the client has installed
Number of CoM Seats	Number of OM CoM licenses a client purchased
CoM Seats Used	Number of OM CoM licenses a client has used
Number of MEDDPICC Seats	Number of OM MEDDPICC licenses a client purchased
MEDDPICC Seats Used	Number of OM MEDDPICC licenses a client has used
Read Only Seats Used	Number of Read Only licenses a client has used

License Key FAQs

How do I know if a license key is active by looking at the Active OM Licenses report?

If the license has not been activated, all fields except purchased license counts will be empty. If it has been activated, the "Last Verified" and "Installed Version" fields will be populated with data — a client may install OM without assigning licenses right away, so the CoM/MEDDPICC Seats Used fields may still show 0.

Why does a client have 2 license keys showing on the Active OM License report?

The client recently purchased new licenses, so a new license key was created and sent. We're either waiting for activation or haven't deactivated the older key yet.
The client recently renewed OM, so a new license key was created and sent. Same as above.
The client may have multiple SFDC instances (uncommon) — this would be noted in the "notes" section within the "App License" section of Salesforce.

Does having 2 active license keys impact the client in any way?

No, there is no impact to the client.
