General Best Practices when Accessing Opportunity Manager

Use supported browsers such as Safari, Chrome, or Edge. Avoid using Firefox or private browsers like Brave.

Maximize your browser window to full screen to see all of the contents on the page.

Maintain a zoom level where all content is visible. Adjust as needed to view page elements without issue.

On smaller laptops, decrease the zoom level below 100% to view all elements.

On larger monitors, maintaining 100% zoom generally allows all areas of platform to display properly. Test your screen settings for the best fit.

High zoom (e.g., 200%) might hide elements of the screen, specifically on Relationship Mapper or Account Planner.
