Sharing the Download Link

Follow these steps to find the most current install link to share with a new customer.

When would I need a download link?

A download link should be provided to a client following an implementation call for initial app download. After initial download, all future app updates are automatically pushed to the client.

Finding the download link

1. Login to Force Management SFDC Production

2. Open the App Launcher and search for "License Management App" to open it

3. Click into the "Package Versions" tab

4. Change the list view to "All"

5. Sort the list by created date

6. Click the link within the "Package Version Name" column that has the most recent created date

7. Locate the link within the "Install Link" field
