Download Course Files
via your Content Portal
To download the zip files for all courses in a folder:

Select the checkbox for that folder.

Select the standard needed from the dropdown in the top right.

Select Download.
To download the zip file for a single course:

Select the folder name to drill into the folder.

Select the checkbox for the course you want to download.

Select the standard needed from the dropdown in the top right.

Select Download.
This will download a zip folder with the course files that you can then save to a location accessible by your LMS for import.
Import Courses Into Your LMS

Import the course files and create the courses in your LMS following your standard processes.

If you have T3 packages in scope, create learning paths for your Training and Fast Start Programs.
If your subscription start date has already passed, you can deploy these courses to learners right away. If not, you can still import the course files into your LMS and test with up to 5 users ahead of your official subscription start date.
The embed catalog linked in the top of your portal includes the name, description, objectives, and duration for each course and the sequencing information for courses that are part of a new hire path. This information can be helpful when setting up these courses in your LMS.
Course Groupings:

Library - Standalone courses that aren’t tied to a specific program and can be taken in any order.

Training - Training Program pre-work courses that are meant to be taken together ahead of an instructor-led training. It’s important to follow the same sequence they’re listed in the catalog, as many of these courses refer to previous or upcoming courses in that path.

Fast Start - Fast Start Program courses that are meant to be taken over an 8-week period, with 1 course due per week, and combined with team meetings for reinforcement. It’s important to follow the same sequence they’re listed in the catalog, as many of these courses refer to previous or upcoming courses in that path.

As new courses are added within your scope, you’ll be notified via email, and the courses will appear in your portal within the relevant folder.

The new courses will also be added to the Embed catalogs so you’ll have the relevant details available to set them up.

We typically add 1-2 new courses a month overall; the frequency and amount you receive will depend on your subscription scope.
